The word oyster is used as a common name for a number of distinct groups of bivalve mollusks which live in marine or brackish habitats. It has interesting aspects and is iconic of a normal Oyster.
The oyster shell comes in 2 halves, we call these flats and deeps. These deeps vary in depth from a slight curve to cup shaped. If you have a specific request for shape and depth please let us know.
